I wanted someone who knew how to do grey blending in town. I found Leila and my first experience with her was absolutely phenomenal. She understood the assignment and delivered the most beautiful blended colour I’ve ever had. Attention to detail, focused, and hardworking is how she runs her craft and it is so refreshing to feel so well taken care of. She is a gem and exceeded all of my expectations. I am not used to the no-tipping culture at this establishment, but I think it is a really nice feature. Thank you Leila, looking forward to the next visit!

Would highly recommend this salon, a luxurious and clean experience at a very reasonable price AND you can be comfortable knowing your stylist is getting paid a fair wage. I found this salon after finding out the place I've been going for haircuts had closed down around the end of the pandemic, and had some not so great experiences with other salons downtown. I was specifically looking for someone who would have experience with Asian hair, and booked an appointment with Leila. The salon was clean, well lit and modern, I was offered a drink, and didn't have to wait. Leila gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten in Ottawa and was super knowledgeable and friendly, giving me tips with my day to day hair care. I've already returned for a second trim and will continue to come back as long as Leila is around.

Well, I was not disappointed as it was truly a five-star experience.
